Prior to his legal career, Marvin built a strong foundation in technology, telecom consulting, and project management in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in Telecommunications from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also earned an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a Beta Gamma Sigma member.
