About Joseph

Joseph Li was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1988 and has since been practising law locally.

In the earlier part of his legal career, Joseph was more involved in matters concerning legal professional negligence (while working at Wilkinson & Grist, Solicitors) and drafting and enforcing rules (while working at the Securities and Futures Commission) concerning regulation of market and market players of the Stock and Futures Markets in Hong Kong.

Joseph joined Lee Chan Cheng in 2002, and his legal practice has since been expanding to cover wider areas to meet the changing needs of clients including, to name but a few, conveyancing and tenancy matters, general commercial and banking matters, contract drafting, advising on disputes concerning investments and terms of investment contracts, estate planning, will drafting and probate matters. On a much lighter note, Joseph also celebrates marriages!
