Anita LEE

As the founding partner of Lee Chan Cheng, Solicitors, Ms. Lee Man-Yee Anita brings a wealth of legal expertise and experience to the firm. She is a skilled and dedicated legal professional with a passion for providing exceptional legal representation to clients.

Anita earned her social science degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1985. She then studied law in England and is admitted as a solicitor to practice law in Hong Kong in 1991. She has a proven track record in representing clients in a variety of complicated litigations, including construction, contract, partnership disputes, medical negligence and personal injuries, divorce and assets resolution, disciplinary hearings and judicial review against public authorities.

Other than contentious matter, Anita is also in charge of the firm’s conveyancing, will and succession and intellectual property teams.

Anita is committed to building strong relationships with clients and providing personalized attention to each case. Her clients include listed companies, established business operations and successful individuals.

In addition to her work at the firm, Anita is also an active member of the community and is passionate about giving back. She has volunteered her time and expertise to several nonprofit organizations, including serving on the board of directors and providing pro bono legal services to operations.
